I’ve helped countless passengers onboard overcome their silent battles with stress, anxiety, and fear. I use specialist hypnotherapy and breathwork techniques to empower people to feel more in control and let go of somatic stress.
I love gifting people the joy of flying off to incredible destinations to make memories for a lifetime.
Every flight I’m on as a flight supervisor, I meet anxious passengers who have bravely managed to board the plane but are silently battling stress, anxiety, and fear from their seats. My true passion is helping them right there, in the moment, reading their body language, breaking down their thoughts and reframing their words that are causing their overthinking and physical reactions.
